On July 28, 2009 the International Distribution Institute has sent to the EC Commission a Recommendation stating its position with particular reference to the provisions regarding franchising contracts.
The International Distribution Institute is about to send to the EC Commission a further document, containing its observations on the revised provisions concerning agency agreements (the text of this document will be published on the IDI website shortly).
