NEW FORUM SECTION IN THE IDI WEBSITE:
We are glad to inform you that the IDI website now contains a "forum" section, through which you will be able to exchange views and experiences on distribution issues.
The new section is accessible from all the pages of the website and
everybody (not only the IDI members) is allowed to participate to the
discussion.
We have chosen, as first topic to be discussed, a controversial issue regarding the application of EC antitrust rules on selective distribution to franchise agreements. Fabio Bortolotti prepared a brief introduction and put three specific questions, also making available the relevant EC rules as well as some recent decisions of the French antitrust authority to this regard.
If you wish to participate to the debate, simply insert your name and your response in the relevant boxes.
