IDI: Recommendation prepared by IDI in view of the revision of the EC Regulation 2790/1999.
The International Distribution Institute has discussed and approved at its yearly conference, held in Barcelona, a document stating a number of issues that should be taken into acount when revising Regulation 2790/1999 on vertical restraints.
We hope that such document can be a useful contribution for a clarification and improvement of the rules of the future block exemptions' Regulation. governing franchising contracts.
IDI has just sent this document to the EC Commission.
