We think that it is important that people engaged in
international distribution are informed about the status
of international arbitral case law in this field. This is
why we are collecting arbitral awards on distribution
matters.
At present we make available nearly 100 abstracts of
international arbitral awards issued in the field of
distribution by several national and international
arbitral institutions.
In addition to the commonly used tools for searching,
we provide you with specific keywords, which acknowledge
the legal terms used in distribution law (e.g. Contractual
relationship / Del credere clause; Priv. Int. law. /
Characteristic performance).
